Wishmate does not guarantee that:Any wish will be fulfilled. Any item will be delivered. Any user will act as expected. Any listing will remain available. Wishmate is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

Users are responsible for: The accuracy of their wishlist links. The items they choose to request. Their interactions with other users. Their Amazon account and delivery details. Wishmate does not verify the identity, needs, or intentions of users.

 

  • No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wishmate is not liable for: Missing, delayed, or damaged items. Fraudulent or misleading wishlist items. Losses, damages, or disputes between usersIssues caused by Amazon, couriers, or third‑party sellers. Any financial loss or emotional distress. Users interact with the platform at their own risk.

 

  • Third‑Party Services

Wishmate uses Amazon Wishlists.Amazon is a separate platform with its own terms.Wishmate is not affiliated with Amazon and is not responsible for Amazon’s services, pricing, availability, or delivery.

 

  • Content & Conduct

Users must not:Post harmful, abusive, or misleading content. Request illegal, dangerous, or restricted items. Impersonate others. Use Wishmate for harassment, fraud, or exploitation. We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.

 

  • Privacy

Wishmate does not store payment information. Any personal data you provide is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what you choose to share publicly.
